CUSTOM OUTBOUND NOTIFICATION APPLICATON

This custom application will ask a single question and get a single-digit response. The client can record their own questions (prompt) and save them. Saved questions can be re-activated.

OBN FOR CARRIERS AND FIELD PERSONNEL

ROUTE CHANGES

Will call carriers to inform them that there will be route change instructions attached to the following day’s bundles.

OBN CARRIER DELAY NOTIFICATION

This outbound module will notify a group of carriers about a press delay. The system will call telephone numbers contained within a file. The same file will also contain the date, and the duration of the delay, both of which will be verbally delivered to the recipients of the calls.

CHATTERBOX™ PAGING

If you are using CHATTERBOX™ PAGING either as a hosted service or as a purchased solution you can take advantage of the following modules to verify re-delivery with your subscribers.

CHATTERBOX™ OBN will automatically make the outbound verification call once the ACK has been received from 2-Way Paging.

These OUTBOUND NOTIFICATION MODULES require the use of the 2-Way Paging Services. 2-way paging allows re-delivery personnel to send an ACKnowledgement signal from their pager, phone, or other device, indicating that a missing paper has been replaced.
