Delivery Complaints
Will call subscribers who registered a complaint and ask them if they have received their replacement copy as promised. This will call all subscribers who requested a re-delivery regardless of whether they registered their complaint via CHATTERBOX™ or spoke with an agent.
Complaint Survey
Callers who have reported an excessive number of complaints, will be asked a short survey to confirm that their problems have been resolved.
Redelivery Verification
Will call subscribers who entered complaints that day and asked for redelivery. The module will ask them if they have received their paper as promised.
