ISD invented the first newspaper IVR system in 1988, and its still running today. Since then, we have installed more than 90% of all existing circulation department IVR systems. Newspaper IVR systems are our core-business, and we believe we come to the table with industry knowledge that is second to none. We don't know everything, but we are certainly ready to listen and learn from the experts - our customers.

At ISD we take great pride in the level of customer service we provide. 24/7 support is standard, but we go the extra mile and make sure that additional staff are available in the early hours of the day when CHATTERBOX systems are critical to the operation of over 300 newspapers.
