Calls subscribers whose credit card payment was declined, asking them to speak with a customer service representative. If the system detects an answering machine it will leave a message.

Credit Card Expiry

This module reads from a supplied file and will call subscribers whose credit cards are about to expire. It will provide the Customer Service telephone number and ask them to call. If the system detects an answering machine it will leave a message.

Credit Card Service

This module reads from a supplied file and will call subscribers who have recently applied for a recuring payment plan. It will provide the Customer Service telephone number and ask them to call. If the system detects an answering machine it will leave a message.
